RE: Hi Janice
Hi Yen,
Thanks for that, I mainly eat cereal for breakfast with soya milk. If I am in a rush (like I was yesterday) I tend to have toast and marmite. I will add a chopped up banana though to my cereal (which is either Ready brek, All Bran or Weetabix) and try that out.
I am, I have to say, a real fussy vegetarian - I HATE eggs, cheese I can be iffy about (have to be the mood), and the only fish I like is Tuna, in brine, out of a can. There is no hope for me, is there !!???!!
I will certainly try out your Lunchtime meal ideas, and yes, dinner can be anything from soup, and bread, to Quorn/TVP Chilli with Red Kidney beans, TVP lasagne, or a veggie burger with rice or a baked potato, with at least 2-3 portions of vegetables.
I am definitely investing in MIS, and Powerhour next month (I put a new post on today about this), and I have just read SNM's review of Body Max and it sounds fantastic !
many thanks
Anna
