I prefer mid-afternoon, but seeing as I have to work, that only happens on the weekends. Especially in the winter, mid afternoon workout, shower and back into the flannel jammies where its warm. AHHHHH!!! But during the week, I'm and after dinner exerciser. Tried mornings, but I have to leave for work by about 615, and while I love Cathe, I don't love her at 430 in the morning!!! I tried, it didn't work. Plus, if I w/o after dinner, I tend to eat a less for dinner. Jumping around while being overfull on spaghetti is NO good!!!!
