What's your Yoga style? (quiz)

After taking the quiz, my yoga style is jivamukti(will have to research). But I really really like the style of Rodney Yee, Iyengar blend. Really... ;)

If you like that one Wendy, you'll LOVE The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga!!!! I really feel Bob is in his element with Yoga. I have all of his Inside Out Method (except for the kettle bell ones) and he really knows how to kick serious booty :eek:.

Hmmm..... I'm not a fan of yoga. I find "regular" yoga to be very boring. I got Vinyasa.

I can do Cathe's yoga, it's neither here nor there for me. Don't love it, don't hate it. Slow, spiritual yoga - blech. I do like Bob Harper's Warrior Yoga and I like Progressive Yoga with Rob Glick and Kimberly Spreen. I'm not flexible and bendy, so I can't get in all the poses, but they show enough variation, plus they're tough enough they feel like a body weight strength workout. I should do them more often. Yoga is the thing I find easiest to let slide in my routine,because it's just not a favorite.

Those are the two Bob yogas that I have...Yoga for the Warrior and Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. :)

Yeup, I have all of Bob's work outs now except for one of the newer ones that's labeled as a beginner work out. He sure did kick butt! Love it!:D

I also love Yoga X from P90X though I admit to rarely doing the FULL 90 minute work out..not because I don't like it but just coz it's a long time for me to focus on a single work out (of any kind). I usually pick and choose what parts of Yoga X I want to do with the first 45 minutes of it being the part I choose most often. :) I have, however, accomplished something new recently so I am going to start stretching Yoga X out to a solid hour to include his balance poses since I can now hold Crane Pose for a few seconds with no tippy toe assistance! :D:D:D
