If you're looking for a good hobby, pick up a few magazines (from different genres - for example, Muscle and Fitness, Log Home Living, Golfer's Digest, Arts & Crafts, Sunset (I subscribe to this magazine), and Cooking Light), and even pick up a coursebook at the local college for a listing of their continuing education classes. Start reading, being aware of things that spark your interest. Those things can become your hobbies. I've found so many things I'd be interested in making a hobby out of from college coursebooks and magazines that there's no way I can do them all!
As for my hobbies:
I consider exercise a hobby.
I also collect music (I seek out hard-to-find or "different" music - I've found a few incredible musical gems that not many people are aware of: John Serrie, Lara Fabian, Secret Garden, 2002, Troika (their song "Kuan Yin" is probably the best piece of music I have ever heard - it takes me to another place), just to name a few). I like to go to Amazon.com, look up an artist, then start clicking through the trail of links to "artists who bought this CD also bought these:" I've found some good ones that way, and the possibilities are endless. I put together an incredible wedding soundtrack for my wedding earlier this year by doing this.
I also love to read. I have quite a collection of books, and the topics are all over the map: Fiction, nonfiction, self-help, inspirational, educational, mystery, science fiction, investigative, etc.
