What's your favorite body part to work

I love to work shoulders, back, and glutes. The deadlifts are my absolute favorites because I feel it so much in my back AND glutes!! :) Can't stand working abs and never see much progress in the lowers. I also don't like chest very much. Sometimes it feels like it works my triceps and shoulders more than my pecs!! :( Leg work can be a pain...so can biceps, but triceps are fun!!
 
That's interesting, over 20 responses but only about half a dozen mention legs, Carol is the only one to say outright that her fave is legs...I'll continue the current trend of favouring the upper body.

I love working shoulder, biceps and back. I like having cut arms but even more I love how the strength helps with my day to day lifting and working. If lower body was just squats I'd love it but those pesky lunges get me every time! x( :)

I'm surprised too that the majority of favorites is upper body. For me, my favorite is legs. I love a long hard leg workout. I have very strong legs and can lift pretty heavy. I love the way my legs feel the next day after a hard workout. Next, would be my shoulders-always wanting that little v-taper on the side of my shoulders. Then triceps, back, chest. And only 'cause Cathe makes us do them, biceps.

I missed this thread. I'm with you. I looovvve working legs 'cause mine are so muscular. But then I HATE working legs when I'm doing low-ends with Cathe. It's a love-hate relationship.

Also, Since I started working out with Cathe, I love the way she works our shoulders so strongly. I always neglected these before, sorta.

i love triceps and biceps the best because they are the only upper body i can feel working! i hate lunges!!

If lunges did not exist I would love working my legs. I really enjoy everything else...well, except for hamstring bridges but they're tolerable. I especially love leg floor work. But lunges have a HUGE dread factor for me, so it affects my feelings toward all leg work.

Since I got Cathe's Ab Hits I really enjoy working abs. I can throw an ab workout in right before bed and feel good about it.

If I have "poles" I really enjoy walking lunges. I can't do these without the supports but love the feel of them when walking across the yard.

HMMM, Don't really have an idea what the neighbors think but oh well.

My favorite body parts are abs (#1), shoulders and chest. I think its because I see great results faster than with legs, bis, tris and back (which I cant see).
 
I like working everything except biceps. They are a pain in the ass for some reason. I think bis are boring as well. I mean, how many different ways are there to curl a weight?
Easiest and most responsive are quads, tris, shoulders.

Sheesh! Finally someone else out there hates working biceps! Don't know why they're so hard for me to do. I can't say they are boring, just tough.

Love the ab and shoulder work. Probably because I see the results there the fastest.
