weights,my favorite part
When started working out I loved work my shoulders,then legs,then my chest and back,I think every time I see differences on my body I like to work that part harder and harder so by now I think I don't have a favorite part so I will say is weights training what I became addict..
That I told my husband,for a present for any occasion get me a set of weights,(that means I haven't get what I want yet, he got a Olympic bar, I want the 100 pound one ) and every time I push myself to go heavy and heavy and now more with STS...
