What's Your 4th of July Workouts

I took an unexpected day off yesterday due to a sudden illness, so I took advantage of the day off to get a longer workout in to catch up from yesterday.

Kick Max [combos, blast challenge, and leg drills], extra leg stuff, biceps, and abs.

Now I am baking a cake!

i went to the park early and did a walk/run with some good friends. that includes the canine kind as well.

I'm following the January "let's work" rotation so today I will be doing the 1st five intervals of Imax and the 2nd half of MIC. I may throw some upper body in there, but we'll see after this! Have a wonderful fourth everyone!!

Wow! Reading about everyone's great workouts I feel like a bum for taking the day off.:) Maybe I'll try to fit a run or a swim in later.

Kassia, it is tough! I feel like this is just what I needed. Tomorrow is HSC plus the 1st half of MIC. }( I'm doing this rotation because my birthday is a little over a month away and I know i'll splurge on the wine!!! Plus I want to be in top shape!

i did the drill max cardio blast premix. going through the drills twice really kicked my butt. now i'm going to lay out and study for the remaining of the day
 
Just got back from running a 5K for my local Ronald McDonald House. That's enough for today, I think!
 
I ran 3 miles , then did S&H Legs and Shoulders and then tacked on S&H Biceps and abs. I was thinking about doing yoga also. Don't know yet.

C&W, I haven't worked out in awhile and it was a very good suggestion. Love the music and the routine.
 
I think I am going to do iTread's climb for the elliptical, and in the PM, maybe if I am feeling up to it Gym Styles, Chest and Triceps.

I did Drill Max this morning, I just can't get enough of that workout! I am also treating myself to two workouts today so this evening I'll be doing Butts & Guts, I love days off from the office so I can get two workouts in... now if I could only find someone to support me so I could do that everyday!! :p

I missed yesterday's workout, so I combined Tues and Wed workouts from the July week one. B&G Leg Blast Premix and BM2 upper Body Weights. I'm beat!
 
I did yard work - that's about all I can take for today. It is very hot out there!
