What's Your 4th of July Workouts

I'm in a pie baking contest today. So I believe my workout will be the arm toning "fork to face" lift:)

My gym offered two classes one body flex and a 90 minutes of cardio did them both as all my hardcore gym buds came to work out. Great way to start off the 4th and not feel so guilty at the BBQ.

does flicking channels on the remote count? hand and eye coordination. did upper and lower yesterday and cannot do cardio except ride bike in fitness room which is getting kinda boring.

Did a GS Legs premix (longer version) and Lotte Berk Hip Hugger Abs/Balletone Floor work today...and lunch in my back yard facing the ocean with a hint of a Hawaiian breeze.
 
I did a CrossFit "Leg Day" workout.

3 rounds for time of:
100yds walking lunges
50 air squats
25 hamstring extensions

Topped off with a 500m run.

Then I helped DH stain the decks...glad to be back to work so I can get some rest. :)
 
I confess I didn't work out yesterday. All morning I cleaned house to prepare for our barbecue party and then had people here from 1 until 8:30 at night. Then I was exhausted and had to get the kids and myself to bed.

However, I did throw the football around for quite a while, so at least that was something. I was pleased to see I have more power when I throw thanks to my weightlifting workouts! I surprised everyone with my non-girly throwing.

Today I'll be back on track with the July Rotation.

I'm working the July rotation, so I did the Total Leg Blast premix from Butts & Guts. Can you say Walking Lunges, and lunges, and lunges....
 
On the 4th, I did PUB (with longer breaks between sets).
