Hi Cathe,

Can you share anything about what you plan for your next project?

I think it was an all weights series.

I would love to see a new all step cardio workout at some juncture.

And when will the 2008 calendars begin to be sold?

Sorry for all the questions, I am so happy with the 4 Day Split I want more of your workouts.

Me, too. Would love a Rhythmic Step 2! (Rhythmic Step is my all-time favorite workout even though it's the one I hurt myself doing.)

But of course I'm very satisfied with the 4 Day Split. Thanks so much.

Hi Lanie!

My very favorite cardio of the 4 Day Split Series is the Lower Intensity one.

It is so dancy, well choregraphed, and such fun!

I think it is definitely the most complex choregraphy-wise of all the 4-Days.

The Higher Intensity step is good too, but it has more athetic moves as opposed to the flowing patterns in Lower Intensity Step.
 
Love all of the new workouts Cathe! I've just done bootcamp so far and today I'm going to do the kickboxing! I would love to see a yoga video from Cathe!!!
 
You know, only Cathe could keep me motivated for something I loathe:

Kickboxing!

I absolutely hate it!

Cathe, Jai and Lorraine are really awesome to watch, but I don't think I can ever like kickbox.

I prefer the more dancy moves or (dare I say) the Drills.

The Drills on the 4-Day Split are awesome! It is more like being a kid and playing than hard work which of course it is.

I wonder if Cathe's boys like the drills.....

I'm sooo ready for the workouts that utilize the kickboxing standing bags!!!!

After doing 4DS Kickboxing, I'm raring and ready to go for the upcoming boxing workouts (though Cathe had planned to do the 3-day, heavy weight split first).

I'd like to know what's coming up and when as well. Original plans were to film the next batch sometime in October, wasn't it? (Or was it just 'late 2007'?), then the next batch early in 2008. I'm hoping that's still the case (though I wouldn't mind having the Boxing series sooner...HINT!;-) )
 
Not me! Too much room, too much expense and too boring for my personal taste.

I want more cardio like HIS and LIC.

If Cathe begins to use kickbox bags, I will not order.

I already think there is way too much kickbox in her videos.
 
Amy, funny how we are all sooo diff! I love using lots of diff equipment just because it shakes things up and also gives me more variety in my workouts. I can hardly wait to do a boxing/kickboxing with bag workout with Cathe!

Doesn't some of "what's next" depend on the status of Brenda? I'd sure miss her fabulous expressions if Cathe has to plan and film without her. I know her progress is going well, so I hope this is a consideration in the next stage of plans.

I hope that plans aren't delayed because of Brenda's recovery. There's no reason she has to be in the workouts. Maybe Rhonda can step back in?

Or, in the boxing series, why not just Lorraine and Brenda (and maybe that pro boxer guy Cathe has been working out with?) as backgrounders?

Though Brenda's injury might be a good reason for doing the boxing series next;-)

I'd like the boxing series. I've been waiting for this for a loooong time. That or more cardio of any sort as long as it is more advanced. I can always modify down if I need to. I feel like I have a lot of lifting options right now. Just my $.02.

Whatever you make, I'll buy.

Loving the current series though.
