WHAT'S EVERYONE'S...

I like the oblique one where you get on your side up on your elbow and put the medicine ball on your side and lift your hips up and down.

Okay, I have two...

1. reverse crunches with the medicine ball

and

2. Long lever exchange with the stability ball

I can tell you I don't want to do that many oblique twists. Heck! I'm short & stocky! Please don't add anymore inches!

I hate all ab work :)

But I feel the "hip dips" more than anything else (where you're on your side with the ball on your core and then dip down and up). I also feel the stability ball work and like pilates for the "tight" feeling I have in my abs all day afterward.
