What would your rotation be for the new series?

I need to pore over the descriptions of each workout in more detail, and then plan a rotation... I can't wait to do this! :D

Edit: OK so I just did it and came up with a 10-day rotation to try all the new workouts once each, using the yoga workouts as "rest" days:

Day 1: circuit- AfterBurn
Day 2: cardio- Cardio Supersets
Day 3: total body- Total Body Tri-Sets
Day 4: yoga- Yoga Relax
Day 5: circuit- Athletic Training
Day 6: cardio- Low Impact Challenge Step
Day 7: total body- Turbo Barre
Day 8: yoga- Yoga Max
Day 9: circuit- Slide N Glide
Day 10: REST!

Of course, I may end up stretching this 10 days over two weeks, to add more REST days. :) I can't wait to try them all!

Hi Bobbi-B - this looks great! I'm so excited to get these too! To extend this schedule a little more, you could look at splitting Tri-sets (and/or Athletic Training) into Upper Body and Lower Body days. Maybe something like this:

Day 1: circuit- AfterBurn
Day 2: cardio- Cardio Supersets
Day 3: Upper body- Total Body Tri-Sets (Upper Premix)
Day 4: yoga- Yoga Relax
Day 5: Legs- Total Body Tri-Sets (lower body premix)
Day 6: Run 45 steady state run
Day 7: REST (Stretch Max)
Day 8: circuit- Athletic Training
Day 9: cardio- Low Impact Challenge Step
Day 10: Upper Body - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day 11: yoga- Yoga Max
Day 12: Legs - Turbo Barre
Day 13: circuit- Slide N Glide
Day 14: REST! (Stretch Max)

I'm using all 10 workouts in a 14 day rotation, as follows (making sure body workouts are separated by cardio or yoga):

Day 1: Yoga Max
Day 2: Athletic Training
Day 3: Cycle Max
Day 4: After Burn
Day 5: Low Impact Challenge
Day 6: Slide and Glide
Day 7: Cycle Max (or rest)
Day 8: Yoga Relax
Day 9: TriSets Upper Body
Day 10: Cycle Max
Day 11: Turbo Barre
Day 12: Cardio Super Sets
Day 13: TriSets Lower Body
Day 14: Cycle Max (or rest)

Repeat from Day 1.....

Love the versatility of this set!! ;)

I'm getting the Cycle Max dvd, but I don't have an exercise bike! Yet... ;) So I didn't put it in my rotation.

Good idea, FitPerk, about splitting the routines. I didn't factor in the premix and upper/lower split options... oh boy, this is gonna be fun! :D

These are all such great rotations! Thank you for sharing!! I can't waaaaaaaiiiiiiitttttt! I'm soooooo excited!!:eek:
