what would you do?

Today I inline skated at high intensity...felt like I was doing walking lunges for 45 minutes...but fast! Anyway, I am scheduled to do plyo legs tomorrow and am wondering if I should do my bis,tris, and shoulders instead. What do you all think? (I skated this afternnon, so I have a 12 hour rest til my exercise tomorrow am)
 
OMG! Funny, I was coming here to post basically the same question !

I really worked my legs today by doing a cardio coach workout walking 12% hills at 4.0 and running at 8.5 (I'm not a runner, and barely even JOG anymore , just felt like really pushing it today for some reason.
My legs are already getting sore tonight and I have plyo legs tomorrow.

What was I thinking ? and what would you do ???

Right now I can't imagine jumping and tucking or weights for my legs tomorrow morning !

What should I do ??

Hi Lala! If you feel really tight tomorrow, to the point of it distracting you from your workout, then switch the disc order. But if your legs are just mildly tight, you will be okay doing plyo legs. If you simply want to switch the order due to preference, you can do that too. What ever you choose, have a great workout :)
