1990......jazzercise vhs......did daily..and went to the class 3x a week!!! being 20 at the time.....i had NO TROUBLE staying downright skinny!! my SIL has the tape..and DOES it......cracks me up!!
My mom had Joannie Greggains "The Greggains Plan" and Susan Powder. I'd occasionally workout with her to those. The first one I bought though (which was years later) was the Firm Body Sculpting Basics with Jen Carmen and Stephanie Millener-Collins. Just that beginning tape had me dropping weight.
It was a Jane Fonda tape, back in my high school days in the mid-80's. I don't remember much about it, but I do remember a segment with country music and a "monkey arm" move!
I purchased my very first workout tape in 1997, at the tender age of 19. It was The Firm Tortise and The Hare workouts. Although the production is cheesy, I still enjoy those workouts. I definitely don't like any of the Firm workouts today.
Yeah I remember having those workout tapes. Now the music and all would sound way too weird. but the weight workout was good. Yes,the older firm tapes were better than the ones now.
