What w/o do you have planned for turkey day?

I may do bootcamp or one of the terminators - depends on how motivated I am (and how hungry I am :9 )

What does everyone else plan to do?

Right now, my plan is Step & Hi/Lo (90 min) premix from SB/SJP. I want to be good and hungry!! :) :) Also, I'm not cooking this year so I have the extra time in the morning! :)

Wow you guys are tough,the only exercise i plan on getting is lifting my fork to my mouth,lol, i plan on doing some serious munching !! I always watch what i eat so i figure holidays and vacations forget it no calorie counting for me,i enjoy ,granted i will be doing an extra workout this weekend to makeup for the one i'll miss tommorrow but that's it

Tomorrow will be the Gauntlet - I think it is about the toughest Cathe workout there is and I will need it being that I have 2 big Thanksgiving dinners tomorrow and I don't plan to count calories. There's nothing like 6 hours full of continuous eating! :9 That means that Friday will be SJP 90 min. premix like Jo is doing.

I don't plan on doing anything. I workout hard all year long & I deserve a nice rest. I just plan on eating & drinking a lot! Kathy:7
 
I plan to do L&G with KPC abs. Then I go for a four hour drive just to eat and drink (do 12oz. curls count as excercise?) hahaha
 
I am planning on the SJ&P/SB 90 minute premix! Have been wanting to do it for some time now, and this will be the perfect day for it! Yay!

I recently purchased Karen Voight's "Strong Arms & Abs", and even though after previewing it I know I will need to go much heavier than she does, I'm doing that one in the morning. That way I'll be strong enough to lift the turkey later in the day - LOL!!

I am doing Donna Read's Step Power and Pump, a fun combo workout that is about 80 minutes. I will actually have the time to do it!
 
When my husband takes off hunting in the morning, I'm jumping up and continuing my Cathe November rotation with SH shoulders, PU stability ball legs and abs. By the time I'm finished, the girls will be up and were catching the parades before doing a little cooking to head to my moms:D Have a great day everyone!

absolutely, positivly........NONE!!! i am cooking for 20 and cleaning like a mad woman today.........oh, i take that back...my workout will be moving ALL my workout equipment out of the basement family room!!}( }(
 
I plan on running on the treadmill (I burn the most calories running and I will need that tomorrow--although I do not plan on pigging out too much). I was going to run outdoors but it's going to be raining here in Boston in the morning.

It's impressive to see how many of us are working out tomorrow! Bunch of die-hards, we are! :) I'm having Thanksgiving at my house but will be getting up about 4:00 a.m. since I have to work a half-day in the morning. I'm not sure what I'm doing tomorrow...maybe Cardio Kicks. My legs are SO sore from Leaner Legs yesterday morning...I could barely get 'em going for C&W TS Step this morning! Ha! Hopefully, maybe I can fit in a Gauntlet or Viper tomorrow! Happy Turkey Day to all! :)
 
I like your idea Kathy! :7 I am not cooking for a change, but I do need to do a quick workout. Either the first 2 segments of Body Max or Imax2.

LOL that is funny you made my day. I hope you have a nice thanksgiving. I will be working out in the am I will be doing a premix maybe with bootcamp and me.I can't decide but I will be working out with everyone else.
