For me, its definitely circuit followed by kickbox and mixed cardio. I sweat the least with weight work and then the IMAXes. Although the intervals are tough in the IMAXes and get my heart rate up, I think the non-interval segments in the IMAXes are way too easy and allow my heart rate to come down and that's why overall I don't sweat as much as I do with the other workouts.
