What type of Cathe workouts make you sweat the most?

For me, its definitely circuit followed by kickbox and mixed cardio. I sweat the least with weight work and then the IMAXes. Although the intervals are tough in the IMAXes and get my heart rate up, I think the non-interval segments in the IMAXes are way too easy and allow my heart rate to come down and that's why overall I don't sweat as much as I do with the other workouts.
 
I voted for Circuit. It is then followed by Kickbox and mixed cardio. I sweat the least with weight work and last to least with the IMAX workouts. Although the intervals get my heart rate up, the step segments are way to easy and my heart rate comes down quickly and I think thats why I don't sweat as much as I do with the other cardio. I have also noticed since I routinely wear a HRM that for me, the amount I sweat is proportional to my HR and how many calories I burn overall. I burn the most with circuits, then kickbox and MIC (per minute average as the workouts are different lengths) then step than IMAXes then weightwork with more calories burned with standing leg work or a total body endurance type workout vs upper body only.
 
I choose Kickbox because I love kickboxing but I have to say I sweat the most with the IMAX workouts.

I voted circuit because Circuit Max makes me sweat like nothing else. Second would be MIC, then followed by IMax 3. So it's a bit of a mix for me. But it was funny - with MIC today, I didn't really start sweating until the step. Oh I was breathing heavy for the Hi/Lo but the step is what got me dripping. KM Blasts get me, too and the CK drills.
 
I agree about the premixed circuit workouts like Gauntlet, Hardcore Extreme etc. But my sweatiest workouts are spinning intervals. Every inch of me is drenched by the end of a spinning interval session.
