What to rotate with Body Blast - CTX?

I've been doing Body Blast for a couple of weeks now and love it! It's a lot of fun and a "blast"! lol The intensity and challenge is perfect for me because it's hard but not discouraging and something to work into. I'm hooked now as most of you are and wondering what else I can get to alternate with this series. I've heard a lot of talk about CTX but according to the ratings, it looks like it might be easier than Body Blast. I don't want to move down. Can anybody help me here?

I don't know that CTX is EASIER imo...just different. The work outs are created to be compact. She gets a lot accomplished in less time than the BB series or other work outs. CTX is 30 minute cardio segments plus 10 minutes a piece for each upper body muscle group and the abs as well as a 30 minute leg routine. It's a shorter work out but I don't feel it easier...If you want a series that enables you to mix and match to create a short but effective work out than CTX is perfect. I have it and I really enjoy it.

Ofcourse, you can always move on to the Intensity series which is actually a very logical move after Body Blast. This series is definatley harder than body blast so it will improve your fitness level and create new challenges for you.
