What to do after BC or HSC

I'm coming off of a rest week (and it may be hard to get back again:) ). I'd like to do either BC or HSC to hit both cardio and weight work, but what do I do the next day? From what I understand I shouldn't lift 2 days in a row, but would like to do a GS. Is this OK or should I do another day of cardio?
 
Do a day of cardio and ab work. Schedule GS for the day after. Respect your muscles and their need to recuperate.

I'd focus on cardio this week since your body won't lose any strength gains for roughly 1 month of not working out, but your cardiovascular gains decrease after 5 days of rest...unless you were fairly active during your rest week - My rest weeks are very limited activity, mostly walking + a run one day.

Maybe do Lowmax - MM - BC/HSC cardio - GS?
