Morning too!
I started working out in the morning because no one was at the student gym that early. Then it just became habit. I like (doesn't that sound sick?) to get up between 4:30 and 5am depending on what I plan to do (go to the gym, stay at home or do both).
I agree with the "tips" everyone else gave. If I haven't already decided what tape to do, I sometimes don't workout.
Speaking of dogs, if you have one and take it for a brisk walk right away it can double as a good warm up.
