What songs really get you motivated!!??

For years now, any-damn-thing from Metallica, Ride the Lightning through S & M.

And lately - anything Johnny Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls) has touched.

We find beauty in the most incomprehensible places and the otherwise homely faces. It is our gift to see beyond the dirt, terror, sadness and defeat and find the true soul that lies within. We are Rescue.

I love, love, love the music in Step Blast. It makes me want to party. Also the music in the first cardio portion of LIC. I want to start dancing every time I hear it. I think both of these are 80's type music.

>I like a bit of everything. But my fave is prob late 80s
>early 90s hair metal. I discovered the other day that Motley
>Crue's "Dr Feelgood" album goes really well with KPC.
>
>Oh, yeah, kick start my heart!!!!

YEAH! Motley Crue ROCKS! :D I think my Dr Feelgood t-shirt got thrown out years ago... what a tragedy :( Kickstart My Heart is a rockin' song!!!

If we are just doing weights, DH loves Static-X - Machine, so we listen to that. Otherwise, whatever Cathe has in her DVDs I love. My favorite lately is the song for the combo #1 in HIS when i see that workout in my rotation list, I spend the whole day singing: ..."Dance floor...screem if you wanna get more"... I don't even know if those are the right lyrics...oh well...
