One of my favs is the jalapeno beef jerky, but it is high in sodium so I try not to eat quanties of it, once the bag is gone, that is it for awhile, but the rest of my favs are the ones posted.
Any other suggestions?

Protein Shake alone or w/ either mixed w/ fruit, dab of peanut butter/flaxseed or raw veggies(sometimes shake separatley w/ sauteed veggies to munch on)
sweet potato and cinnamon
low fat yogurt
2 sodium free brown rice cakes(lundberg) w/ almond butter
I also like the sugar free jello chocolate and butterscotch puddings.
Anyone try the Betty Crocker Carb Monitor Choc Chip Cookies? Kinda being bad without being REALLY bad.
I like to snack on fruit, yogurt w/granola, Stonyfield Farms smoothies, protein shakes (with frozen fruit in them), popcorn, banana with peanut butter, trail mix, leftovers (just a smaller portion than a meal), egg salad, tuna salad, etc.
I make a huge salad everyday and eat some at lunch and snack on the rest. Most of the time lately it is made with feta cheese, an apple diced, romaine lettuce and red wine vinegar an lime or lemon juice. The other thing I snack on is sugar free jello with either a couple of spoons of fat free sour cream or fat free yogurt on top.

I just added that the other night after reading the handbag thread. You mentioned the lighter and I use to carry one too when I smoked. I figured I would put my stats up. Quitting was the best thing I ever did!
I like to eat fruit with low-fat or fat-free yogurt. This way I can have some protein with my fruit.
I also like peanut butter on toasted whole wheat with a sprinkling of wheat germ on it. I keep the layer of peanut butter thin to keep the calorie count low.
I eat fruit, cereal bars (nutrigrain are my favorite), granola bars, and low fat yogurt the most.
I certainly also love the "bad" stuff but try to eat it only on occasion--cookies, potato chips and the like. I usually do pretty well keeping that stuff down to a minimum....
