What size gloves?

I wanted to purchase a pair of the weighted gloves you have on your website, but I am not sure what size I wear. Do you have any suggestions on how to tell what size I might wear? Would I be able to exchange them if they did not fit?

I have verysmall hands & a small wrist - wrist is 5.25" ... The small is too big for being worn alone (like for cardio)- but when I wear them to lift over my lifting gloves they are perfect.
