What size ball do you use?

I have a 65cc ball and I'm 5'3". Long legs and arms, short torso.

Should I have a smaller exercise ball?

Colleen

I'm 5'0". What size does the chart say for that height? I know my ball is too big. When I'm doing Drill Max and I'm laying on the ball doing that tush squeeze exercise (?) My arms and legs barely touch on both sides. I think I'm in need of a smaller one.:)

I was wondering what size ball Cathe and crew use. I think most of the gals are around 5'4" or so.

I found the 55cm to be too small and the 65cm to be too big. I wish they made a 60cm.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm also 5'0" and I just got a 45 cm ball and it is tiny! It's smaller than most children's beach balls and there is no way I can sit on it (although I like it for the Drill Max segment where we are tossing the ball). My 65cm is too big so I think I now have to buy a 55cm.

Thanks for the web-site and thanks for all the input. Mine definitely is too big after hearing your responses. Plus, when I can only touch sometimes - you know it's wrong. I can sit on it to do upper body, but I'm sitting on the edge.

i'm 5'3" with longer legs/shorter torso and i have/need a 55cm ball!

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!

I struggle with the leg curls on Gym Styles (on floor, one leg in air, one leg on ball, pull ball with leg, hips off the floor) and I wondered if it wouldn't be so **** hard with a smaller ball.
I think I need to get a smaller one.
Thanks for all of your feedback.

I think someone else already said the same, but I am using a 55cm ball and am exactly 5'0". It actually seemed a tad small and I almost ordered a bigger one but then my fiance pumped more air into it, genius that he is. It is perfect.

I am 5'4" with a long torso and no so long legs. I found that 65cm was clumsy for me so I went down to a 55cm and it feels much more comfortable, but I do wish they made a 60cm. I think that would be the perfect size for me.

Interestingly, I found a huge difference in sizes between manufacturers. I had a GAIAM ball that was supposed to be 55 cm but seemed more like 75 cm. I couldn't figure out was wrong until I tried a 55 cm Theraband ball. The Theraband was true to size and better quality. The GAIAM ball seemed so cheap and flimsy by comparison. I think Theraband is excellent quality and it's the only ball or stretch bands I'd buy.
