What should I get next

Hi,
Which DVD should I get next... the one with Power Hour on it or the Pure Strength Series. I already have the new HSTA, the Body Blast Series, Intensity Series, Slow and Heavy, Rhytmic Step, IMAC and MIC and Cardio Hits and have just ordered Terminator. I would like to get the DVD with workouts that are the most different from the ones I currently have.
 
PH is an endurance workout as ME.I like ME more than PH. You have now a strength workout S & H but you can use The Pure strength series more often than the S & H. In your situation I would choose the dvd with the pure strength series.I like body blast in the dvd with PH but you have enought cardio and with PSS you will have a good strength workout.This is my opinion.
 
I would go ahead and get both! (Just trying to help :)) But if you can only get one, then I would get the Power Hour DVD. With that you get MIS and Body Max. I love all of these workouts and you can create a lot more workouts with each of these. With Body Max you get a great variety!

You still can't go wrong no matter what you decide. But based on what you say you have, I would get this one next.

PS is my most used strength DVD, but if I had to choose between the two I'd get Power Hour, for the reasons mentioned above.
 
I'd get PS. S&H is your only current strength series and that's not a series you can stay with for very long, as Cathe advises, because of the intensity and the focus required. PS would give you another strength training option. But do get PH eventually. It's a wonderful endurance workout, and you get BodyMax with it which is another killer plus MIS, which is another strength workout. I've used PS, MIS and PH in several rotations and have gotten wonderful results with these.
