I was wondering what other types of cardio you do besides Kickbox and Stepping?? Do you ever swim, jog, elliptical, walk, etc? If so, how often do you add that in per week?
I also noticed quite a few Pilates inspired moves in some of the Intensity Series videos, so I was wondering if you do pilates as well?
I love Pilates! From the Classical approach to the very modern, its great and very versatile!
