what other cardio do you do?

I was wondering what other types of cardio you do besides Kickbox and Stepping?? Do you ever swim, jog, elliptical, walk, etc? If so, how often do you add that in per week?

I also noticed quite a few Pilates inspired moves in some of the Intensity Series videos, so I was wondering if you do pilates as well?

I love Pilates! From the Classical approach to the very modern, its great and very versatile!:)

I just want to say thanks for producing the quality you do! :D
 
I am still curious to see if Cathe will answer this one? I would think variety is the spice of life and wonder what other activities Cathe enjoys??
 
I've noticed the Pilates-styled exercises, too. I enjoy some of the Pilates core work, but don't enjoy doing a whole Pilates workout, so to see a few Pilates-type moves sprinkled into Cathe's workouts (especially the core work), without them overpowering the rest of the workout, is refreshing, and it provides some nice versatility.
 
Hi Reba! I like to run and do a few other cardio machines here at the club. If I am teaching a lot of cardio, then I only do these additional cardio's for about 25 minute sessions. If it is a light cardio week for me then I do 45 minute sessions.

I squeeze in flexibility training throughout the week, but I do more of a hybrid of stretches rather than one particular style/principle.
