I'm planning on doing a CTX rotation which I have never done. I know that you are not supposed to do Power Circuit and Leaner Legs back to back but in what order is it best to do them? 4 of them contain ab workouts and I don't want to overtrain. I also am planning on only doing 5 vid's per week, not 6 as I only have time for 5. Any suggestions? (Suggestions for either 5 or 6 workouts days would be appreciated, I just need to know what videos can be done on consecutive days.) Thanks in advance!
