What next?

I ordered CTX series + cardio kicks/circuit max dvd. I already have classics, ab hits & pub/plb. What would you recommend next? As stupid as this sounds, I think I want different strength training. Any inputs? I think I have enough variety in the way of cardio to last awhile.

TIA

Hi Sue, the CTX series does give you some strength training in it, in that you are working a different body part or 2 with each tape. If you want endurance then I recommend Power Hour and others will recommend MIS. I am getting ready to order more myself and I shocked dh in what I wanted so I may have to go for it all in 2 shots, the amount of money was too much for him,LOL :7 . Anyway you do need to combine strength with endurance ( I am not sure what pub/plb are considered) so you are well rounded.

Don't know if I have helped you or not.

:D

The Power Hour/MIS/Body Max DVD gives you three muscle endurance type workouts. If you wanted to really work on gaining strength you might consider the Pure Strength or Slow and Heavy DVDs. I guess it all depends on what type of strength training you want to do (endurance work vs. big increases in weight lifted). Don't think you can go wrong with any choice.

Hey!!! Thanks for the input! I just realized what your "handle" is on here...calico. How cute. Dd1 is bugging us for a cat. UGH...just what I need is one more warm-blooded creature to clean up after!

The truth is...I'm just chomping at the bit to get the entire collection!

Sue:

you seem to already have enough in the way of moderate weight, endurance training, so perhaps you should consider investing in the S & H series for strength. These are incredible workouts, you will amaze yourself at what you can lift with these.
