Hey all!
I've had my Cathe tapes for a couple months, but haven't really done a lot with them. So this week I decided I am going to rotate MIS (Mon & Fri) and Cardio Kicks (Tues & Thurs), and IntervalMax (Sat). I am trying to lose those last 15 pounds (used to be last 10, but I've slacked off and regained 5 of the 40 lbs I lost!!x( ). I'd like lose these last few pounds fairly quickly, in time for dh's birthday on Feb 13th. Does this rotation sound like it could really help?
I did MIS this week and I feel so stong and energized! I am looking to build some great muscle tone- the kind you can see w/o having to flex
. I am hoping that I will be able to do this with MIS. I asked DH for either CTX or S&H for Christmas, but he said no. What kind of results have you guys seen with MIS, going as heavy as you can? (I just started and am using a 30 lb. barbell and 8-15 lb. weights).
