Hi dani ! Well actually, back in January and February I was counting calories often, but right now I already know how many calories I'm eating because I pretty much know the calorie content of all the foods I eat often so I think it's pretty neat that I don't even have to count calories anymore because I know in my head how many calories I'm eating. Now if I knew how many calories I'm burning while I'm working out that would be perfect...one of these days I'll get one of those heart rate monitors (when my budget allows).
