What is your weekend workout?

Friday: tried Amy Bento's Cardio Pump Step for the first time. Fun, but brief.

Saturday: scheduled rest day, probably do some gentle yoga or a segment of Stretch Max, might do a segment of Rhythmic Step, which I'm just practicing on a 4" step

Sunday: starting a new one body part a day rotation--Amy Bento's All Pump Xtreme, just Back, then MM Back, then Core Max #1

Friday - rest day

Saturday - ME - haven't done this in ages!

Sunday - Walk in the Woods - my favorite @ 1 hour hike at my local conservation area (unless it's raining!) :)
