What is your Sat workout?

I'm jumping back on the workout wagon with one of my favs- PUB.
That should get some feel good vibes flowing, especially the bicep portion!
 
Did 4DS Bootcamp w/Bi's and Tri's. My 6 y/o DD did some bootcamp with me and loved it - although she was huffing after the suicides!!!

This morning I did Slow & Heavy Tris and Bis and then IMAX 2 for 30 minutes. I'm kind of following the February rotation. Tomorrow I plan on doing Slow & Heavy Legs and Shoulders.

Mine was a bootcamp workout outdoors. We went sledding and chased each other on the sleds and then did a bunch of sprints and relays on the hill. We worked out for about an hour and a half. It was very fun, challenging and motivating!

Your workout seemed like it was a blast!!
Today, I didn't workout not even MM tonight as my backup.
So, Sun AM before church I will be shoveling alot of snow. And, contiuous for the next few days. One storm after another.

Ditto, Kudos to everyone that did their's. I prefer doing Cathe instead of shoveling.
 
Somehow I managed to get out of bed and do 4DS Bootcamp cardio. Hey, 30 minutes of something is better than nothing, right?
 
DH and I and a friend went snoeshowing at our local state park for 3 hours! I burned 906 cals! As you can imagine, when we got home we both ate, took long hot showers, and took a long nap-all other plans for the day went out the window. I can't remember the last time I ever felt so exhausted. But it was fun!!!
