What is your Pre or Post Super Bowl Workout?

Ok, besides shoveling the driveway 3 times a day and digging out your car if you live in the north central states, what will be your workout?
 
This morning was SJ&P, then I did about half of Amy Bento's KickBox Xtreme (first time previewing/doing it) and then 100 jacks.
 
Today was a rest day for me. Did Bryan Kest yoga, Katami bar abs, and Fluidity - beginner DVD. (Though post SB I may shoot for IMAX2 - rest is a hard concept for me - LOL)

I just finished Drill Max - it was the first time I did this workout and absolutly LOVE it - wow - what a sweatfest - I can't beleive I waited this long to try it. It will be a regular workout for sure. I am doing Cathe November rotations with adding some Turbo Jam - and just loving the new workouts SO much!

Now off to eat.... :)

Keeping warm reading Cathe forums! A nice nap will probably find its way in there, too;-)
 
I did Firm Volume 1 early this morning and then around lunch time I ran 3 miles. I'm ready to chow down on all the Super Bowl goodies! :p
 
I did Whole Body Workout premix, Drill Max this AM, plan on doing some cardio, probably 30-45 minutes later on-today was a dietary "cheat" day! By the way, that premix is pretty great, a whole ligter weight workout that keeps your heart rate up.
 
I did a grueling sprint work out with the Masters swim team, and kicked butt! Got home just in time for the kickoff, and my hair froze on the way home.
 
IMAX2, did it for the 2nd time since buying it. It's a great workout that I should do more often.
 
I did P90X chest and back DURING the superbowl. I'd watch a few commercials and do a set until I was done and it made both more bearable. (I'm just not a football fan in the least - but some of the commercials are kinda fun:7).
