Today was a rest day for me. Did Bryan Kest yoga, Katami bar abs, and Fluidity - beginner DVD. (Though post SB I may shoot for IMAX2 - rest is a hard concept for me - LOL)

I just finished Drill Max - it was the first time I did this workout and absolutly LOVE it - wow - what a sweatfest - I can't beleive I waited this long to try it. It will be a regular workout for sure. I am doing Cathe November rotations with adding some Turbo Jam - and just loving the new workouts SO much!
I did Whole Body Workout premix, Drill Max this AM, plan on doing some cardio, probably 30-45 minutes later on-today was a dietary "cheat" day! By the way, that premix is pretty great, a whole ligter weight workout that keeps your heart rate up.
I did a grueling sprint work out with the Masters swim team, and kicked butt! Got home just in time for the kickoff, and my hair froze on the way home.
I did P90X chest and back DURING the superbowl. I'd watch a few commercials and do a set until I was done and it made both more bearable. (I'm just not a football fan in the least - but some of the commercials are kinda fun:7).
