I'll do two weeks of Slim Series and two weeks of whfn in June followed by two weeks of PHH.

My May rotation will be using 1 body part each day. I will be using the gymstyle series. I was battling over what my rotation should be until I had the help of some of the members here. I broke up the upper body and they are pretty much 20-25 minutes long except shoulders , I will add the shoulders from MIS and will try to put in 4 or 5 days of cardio. I am not used to shortening my workouts, butI think I was doing too much. I will see how this does for me.

gotta get rid of this waffle iron off the back of my legs. Ha!!!

I think I am going to be doing the same thing as Kim will be doing. I need the regiment of a video/dvd, so I am going to use the Gym Styles (mostly) for my one body part, then add cardio on each day.

For instance:

Mon: 30 min run, Gym Style Chest (AM) then Gym Style Legs (PM)
Tue: 30 min step, Gym Style Triceps
Wed: 30 min run, Gym Style Biceps
Thu: 30 min step, Gym Style Shoulders
Fri: 30 min run, Gym Style Back
Sat: 30 min step, Leaner Legs
Sun: Rest

I'm completely new to this "one body part per day" workout routine, so I'm really just experimenting.

I, too, have been experimenting with one body part per day. The first week, I just did the CTX rotation. The second week, I did the CTX rotation and added PUB for the appropriate body part and KM leg drills with Leaner Legs. This last week, I switched out the aerobic part of CTX for other Cathe tapes (IMAX 3, LM, Step Blast, etc), plus the appropriate body part using CTX, PUB and KM. I also added Core Max and Stretch Max to my leg work day.

This month, I am going to try A-Jock's Faux CTX mish-mosh:eek: !
Pray for me.....

I'm coming off a Slow and Heavy rotation. The results in my upper body have been pretty good but feel I could do better on the lower body. This month I'm going to use Cathe's August '04 rotation (modified to include some GS) to work on my lower body more intensely, but I'll continue to hit all of upper body twice per week. There are a couple days each week I'll need to fit in second workout in in the evening. In fact I gotta get started on GS chest and triceps right now!

Bathing suit season begins in a few weeks. eek!

I do the same for 4 weeks, then I change it up. I always do 3xweek LB w/o's, I usually run 3xweek but want to try running 4xweek and I will do a 2-day split UB 2xweek.

Mon - AM: KM leg drills (52min) / PM: GS-Chest, Triceps&Shoulders
Tue - AM: GS Ba+Bi plus L&G ankle weight exercises / PM: 9K fartlek run
Wed - AM: 30min Imax2 plus S&H legs+PUB legs
Thu - AM: 3K run plus L&G standing exercises / PM: GS chest, triceps, shoulders
Fri - AM: Low Max plus GS-back+biceps / PM 6K temporun
Sat - AM: 30min Imax2 plus GS-Legs
Sun - 15K Long run plus yoga

I did one body part a day last summer and had great results. All I did was a CTX tape plus all of the same body part from PH, MIS, BMax.

I have no idea where to start in putting together a rotation. Usually I try to figure out my workouts for the coming week, but half the time I end up changing them depending on my mood. Also, I don't have that many of Cathe's workouts (yet!), so I can never follow the rotations she puts together.

Blargh.

I have been going pretty heavy on the strength training lately, so I am opting to do Cathes' May 2004 rotation, which seems to have something of everything and lots of variety.

I am just starting Week 3 of Cathe's strength-building rotation, which I have been loving because I basically have perpetual DOMS. LOL! When I finish that rotation, I'm going to move on to Cathe's fat-loss rotation. I'm not clever enough to put together my own rotations yet. I feel like Shelley - BLARGH! (Is that a real word Shelley?)

yeah i'm with Shelley. I don't have a lot of Cathe's workouts plus factor in my mood, baby napping, etc. It varies.

Since I need to follow a DVD or tape (ADD girl with workouts on paper here), I'm planning on doing a week of CTX using the weight workouts twice per workout and doing legs twice a week. I'm going to do a week of that and then a week of Body Blast TimeSaver doing the weight workouts twice and doing legs twice a week again. I'm going to do this for the May Rotation. I hope it works well for me. I've never worked only one body part a day. Hopefully, I will have good results.

I'm thinking of doing Cathe's posted rotation for May, but with modifications for those exercises that need gym equipment. One body part a day + 30-minute cardio OR core work afterwards. I hope I don't get bored after two weeks. My attention span is quite short.

May will be definitely devoted to the Spinervals series and to my new spinning bike, and also to my new BOSU ball.
Mon: P90X Chest and Back + 30 min cardio
Tues: 30 mi spinning + 30 mi abs+ 30 min legs (Cathe, Bosu, my own...)
Wed: P90X Shouldrs and Arms + 30-40 min cardio
Thurs: 30 min spinning 30 min legs and 30 min abs
Fri: Chest and Back again + 30 min cardio
Sat: 30 min cardio 30 min abs and 30 min legs
Sun: 90 min spinning + abs
Mon: P90X or Cathe Arms and Shoulders
Tues:30 min spin 30 min legs and 30 min abs
Wed: P90X Chest and Back 30 min cardio
Thurs: 30 min spin 30 min legs and 30 min abs
Fri: Arms and Shoulders, abs and cardio
SAt: cardio, legs and abs
Sun: 90 min spinning and abs

I have to admit that I just LOVE doing Spinervals on the spinning bike. My legs ar toast after those workouts. And doing legs on the BOSU ball is a totally different new world for me, and it is quite an amazing experience! Mari

I'm following the rotation created by Logos(from rotations forum). I may sub some of A-Jock's mish moshes for some of the cardio. Logos created a rotation that uses some of the HC's with the I-Series. One week focuses on abs and MM and ME and one week focuses on one body part per day using the GS series with lots of cardio. I will alternate the weeks for a total of 4 to 6 weeks.

I'm going to follow Cathe's February fat blast rotation with a couple of Shelley/A-Jock inspired mish-moshes along the way (extra credit!). I do like lorajc's idea for a rotation.

Angie

I am following the Tank Top Rotation - Variety by Debbie.

Lots of upper body lifting, and twice a week on the legs - I need to blast off about five pounds before swim suit season, but that will probably be diet!

URGGGGGGGGGG - i hate the cottage cheese on the back of the legs!
