What is YOUR May rotation?

Hey everyone,

I changed my mind on the May Rotation, as Cathe Answered a question about it in the Ask Cathe Forum and for those of you who have Slow & Heavy and need to follow a DVD (like me), she said to use Slow & Heavy for the body parts and follow the May rotation. She also suggested that I use Legs & Glutes on my Legs instead of Slow & Heavy, as I'm looking to Lean them out and get definition and cut to them.

Thought I'd mention this in case anyone else needs to follow DVD's.
 
I don't have one.:p

I will be "picking my poison" at the last minute if I even have the energy to work out in the first place...

I will try to train all muscle groups atleast 1x per week though.

I actually think these last remaining weeks will be a lot of circuit work outs...more time efficient for me since I probably won't be working out 6 days per week now for a while and probably won't even make it to 60 minutes when I DO work out....

Very basic: work out as much as I can despite the need to hunker down and complete a PhD, look after and take 2 girls to sports clases 5 days a week and fly to London for a week for a funeral.

With this much going on, there are no plans. It's whatever I can get!

I've been combining both P90X DVDs & HC DVDs keeping it to a Classic rotation from P90X. I always said it would be a dream come true if I could work out to both Cathe & Tony & that's exactly what I'm doing. I start off my 1st week w/HC's & then the 2nd week go to P90X so it looks like this:

GS Chest/Triceps + MM abs only
IMAX 3
GS Back/Shoulders/Biceps + one premix from Ab Hits
Yoga
GS Legs
Kickboxing
OFF

P90X Chest/Back/ARX
IMAX 3 (Still trying to get through intervals 6-10)
P90X Shoulders & Arms/ARX
Yoga
Legs & Glutes + one section of CM
Kickboxing
OFF

Then back to the first week as above

Then I have a recovery week:

Yoga
HSC
CM + SM
Core Synergistics
Yoga
CM + SM

fri-GSbiceps,run 30mins.,coremax #3
sat-GStriceps,run 30mins,BM step circuit. Also you can use MIS tri's
sun-Off/or 2 stretch segments


week 2

mon-GSback,run 30mins,tough core premix
tues-GSchest,Kickmax cardio and conditioning drills
wed-L&G, core balance premix,stretch #1
thur-GSshoulders&MIS shoulders,hi/lo of MIC
fri-GSbiceps,run 30mins,total core premix
sat-GStriceps,&MIS triceps,Imax1 (1-5),BC cardio&legs only.
sun-off/2 stretch segments

Well this is all I gotten to. I will see how this works for me.
Maybe another day of legs in there. I sure do need it.

Thanks so much!! I started my rotation yesterday, and I started with Chest, and today I am going to do back. I really like your rotation!! It looks GOOD!!

I want to try doing the one body part per day for the next 8-12 weeks. I can't wait to see what happens!! I am really loving these new dvds!!
