For me my least favorite is the chest. Besides being flat x( it's also my weakest body part. I get so frustrated! And no matter what I do I can't seem to build strength. On weeks when I go really low carb I always have to actually go down in weights on the bench & incline presses.
My legs are definitely my favorite part--it's my most intense workout & I always feel buff & tight when I finish.
