What is your least & most favorite body part sto work out?

For me my least favorite is the chest. Besides being flat x( it's also my weakest body part. I get so frustrated! And no matter what I do I can't seem to build strength. On weeks when I go really low carb I always have to actually go down in weights on the bench & incline presses.

My legs are definitely my favorite part--it's my most intense workout & I always feel buff & tight when I finish.

I do not like those static lunges! They get me every time! Any of the other stuff I don't seem to mind.
 
Hey there:) My favorite workout is legs use to really hate them but like you said I always feel buff & tight after. I also like shoulders. My 2 least are abs and tricep.
 
My favorite parts to work are shoulders and tri's.

My least are bi's and legs... for some reason I can't tolerate muscle fatigue as much as I can when training my other body parts.

I hate working biceps! I always get a little ping in my muscle that feels strange. Plus, I find bicep exercizes boring. I like tricep kickbacks okay, but I hate tricep dips (this is a running theme for me on these posts....) I love working shoulders, abs, and legs. My favorite shoulder exercize is the rotator on Supersets, it thrills me that I can use the same amount of weight as Cathe does (5 lbs), that almost never happens with upper body!
 
Oh me too Barbara! The shoulder w/o is my easiest which is why I do it w/my leg w/o every Sunday--I look forward all week to Sunday morning!

I may have answered this question before on another thread. The order may have changed a bit, but.....

Depending on what exercise I'm doing for the shoulders it's ok, but otherwise, I hate x( shoulders. Although I have to admit, I do have some awesome traps}( , better than a lot of men I know.

I love leg day! But abs I really don't like doing, especially planks. Of course, my abs are my worst body part ~ and it shows.x(

I DESPISE doing back work... in fact, i skip it most of the time, b/c it always kills my lower back. Everything else is great, but i guess my favorite parts to do are triceps.

I least like working my triceps, even though I would love to have strong triceps, I want to be able to do alot of push-up, oh well maybe one of these days...

My fave has always been shoulders. I also like bis & tris...don't mind back & chest...HATE legs. HATE lunges!! Mind you, my legs workouts always gets the best results. ~sigh~

Hmmm...I guess I dread legs the most because that causes me the most pain x( but the rewards, I must admit, are well worth the effort!

I enjoy abs a lot cause I am constantly striving for the beautiful midsection...I don't have it yet but one day I WILL get it. I am DETERMINED!!!:)

I also like bi's and tri's as well.

Everything else....I can take it or leave it. lol

I hate squats and lunges. I always have and I don't know why. My faves are abs and chest. I guess that's because I can really see results there, much more so than in my legs.
