What is your least & most favorite body part sto work out?

My favorites are abs (still trying for the 6 pack, so far only a 2 pack) and legs, although I loathe static lunges.

My least favorites are biceps - I struggle so much with them, but I guess that is where I am the weakest.
 
My favorite is back, because it responds very well to training and I like the feeling of lifting heavy. I don't really have any "least favorites" because I like working everything!
 
I used to feel the same way, Jes. In fact, my lower back hurt too. Than I started doing Cathe's core work, & now I'm so much stronger & defined and have NO lower back pain with crunches. Yeah!:7

I posted this question myself not too long ago. I always have loved working out my legs because they are strong and well defined. I always said leg W/Os were a love/hate relationship.

Like Jes, I always skipped abs. Now I absolutely adore them.

I hate push-ups!!!!! I like doing chest work because I can feel the contractions during flies & bench presses but I still hate push-ups.

Really, I LOVE any body part I work as long as I can feel it and I am not zoning-out, half-*ssed doing it. And, I have been know to zone-out some days.

I LOVE doing deadlifts, most ab work and almost all upper body, especially tris and shoulders!

I absolutely hate lunges and anything that has the word "power" in front of it.
