What a great question! My vacation is winding down, so I have to squeeze in as much as I can while I can. I think I'm going to try a combo of All Out followed by Ride.
The key word in that preceding sentence is "try." Sometimes my mind outstrips my body.
I wish it was one of the Xtrain workouts - but I will be waiting a while I think here in Canada (sigh). So I will be doing GS chest and triceps along with a shorter premix of To the Max. Happy New Year!
I got XTrain today, so my last workout of this year was Tabatacise and Core #1 and Core # 2. I just finished it. Burned 580 calories and feel awesome. This was a fun workout. I couldn't resist, so I did all 5 tabatas. It was challenging, but doable. I survived and am so stoked for this series. Looks like my new Les Mills set will be on a hiatus for a while...
I think that I will start the first day of the 30 day Xtrain Workouts. I am so not good at following a rotation. I like to choose my workouts the day I do them --as to how I am feeling and what I feel like doing. So this will be a challenge for me to just get this rotation done...we'll see.
I did Cardio Leg Blast from XTrain. It was the first one I tried from the box and it is so much fun! I did the core #2 add on as well and while felt it really worked the abs well. I've been previewing the workouts and am very impressed with the all. Now to decide which to do tomorrow!
I did Cardio Supersets (I have not got my XTrain yet). I didn't think of it as my last for 2012 either, but that was the one, which was a perfect pick on my part, as I have a cold, and felt a little puny a bit, but still got an awesome workout.
