I mostly workout in the afternoons. I find that I can do longer and more intense workouts that way. If I have to, I will get up and workout before work. It always feels so good after I get started.
I am still trying to figure out the best time to workout on the 2 days that I work from 7 to 7. If I work out too late, I can't go to sleep, and if I get up too early, I can barely make it through the end of the day. Lately, those days have been rest days and I try to do extra the next day if I have time. I am definitely an afternoon exerciser!
