what is your favorite time?

I mostly workout in the afternoons. I find that I can do longer and more intense workouts that way. If I have to, I will get up and workout before work. It always feels so good after I get started.

I am still trying to figure out the best time to workout on the 2 days that I work from 7 to 7. If I work out too late, I can't go to sleep, and if I get up too early, I can barely make it through the end of the day. Lately, those days have been rest days and I try to do extra the next day if I have time. I am definitely an afternoon exerciser!
 
I prefer to work out in the morning. My ideal time would be sometime between 6 - 8 am. Unfortunately, when school's in session, that's not possible. Even though I wake up at about 4 am, I cannot seem to get myself to work out at that time. It's like I have to let the fog slowly lift, sipping my caffeine, reading the paper, and visiting the forums. Not to mention, I hate running outside in the dark, so there's that, too. I have to be in the shower by 5 am, so workouts during the week happen after school. Usually around 6-ish, but earlier when the sun starts setting earlier. In the past couple of years, I've adapted to this schedule for the most part, although September is difficult b/c it's so hectic and I come home pretty pooped every day now.

But a morning w/out is best for me b/c it's energizing, sets a "good tone" for the day, and then requires only one shower.

i have lunch 12ish then workout 3ish or workout an hour after dinner. i like evenings cause i take a shower and get ready for bed.

I use to w/o in the morning at 5ish. That was several years ago. It took a lot out of me. I some how flip flopped and starting w/o in the evening. I noticed that I has much more energy and could lift heavier. So that's what I pretty much do. Except on weekends. Then I workout mid-late morning.
