Good Morning Cathletes. I'm getting ready to teach class. Today's Fitness Elixir: Lower Body Blast. A few rounds of tri-sets sprinkled with some plyometrics for ultimate muscle fiber recruitment. What is (was) your elixir today? Curious Cathlete minds want to know :D
 
Hey Cathe,

I've been doing your May rotation so Low Impact Circuit for me tonight too! Feeling pretty great at the moment due to your suggestion of the tread up pyramid yesterday! Keep the sweat coming! :)

Sounds like a great class Cathe! I am doing a 6 mile run (2 miles with my dog, Beau) and GS Chest & Tri's...:)

Hi Cathe,

I did Legs & Glutes Extreme premix today for the first time and loved it!! I'm doing parts of your May 07 premix rotation and discovering premixes that I have never done before and I'm really enjoying shaking things up a bit!

Today is Meso 3 Week 1 Plyo legs. Yesterday I finally did all of MMA Boxing, great workout, I love all the standing core work that comes from these moves.
 
Actually, today I'm resting! During the past 3 days I've done Low Max, Muscle Max, and hiked 13 miles. Rest is exactly the elixir I need today.
 
Tonight is Back & Biceps. Am loving my STS Push/Pull Tower. Slowly but surely I am progressing on chin-ups and pull-ups. Yippee!!
