What is today's Fitness Elixir?

Just finished STS Disc 14 (legs) and some Core Max. I had DOMS for 3 days after disc 14 last week and thought it would be easier today-NOPE! I am sure I will be feeling it big-time tomorrow. Those tri-sets are tough!
 
Turbulence Training Bodyweight Intermediate/Advanced Workout A! Missed my sprints today - weather was bad, so I couldn't get outside to do them.
