What is the difference in High Step Training to High Step Challenge?

Hello Friends of the Forum.
I finked out Thurs. night from doing HSC so I did it tonight, and I've seen HST. What is the difference? Is it worthwhile to purchase? I do have ME/BC as well. Any feedback is good on the workout, premixes, etc... Thank you in advance for your input.

Happy New Year!!!

I have both, haven't done either lately just b/c I have to watch how much high step I do but I know one is a lot tougher than the other... I believe HST is the more difficult one... look on the front of the DVD cover, I believe one is labeled advanced and one is intermediate...i'm too lazy to go downstairs & look right now...LOL, probably all the crap I ate tonight! I may to do B&G AND Drill Max tomorrow, LOL!

Anyway, if you like high step a lot and HST is the more advanced one I would say it is worth it for sure, I really like the more advanced one & would do it more often if I didn't get big thigh muscles from doing too much high step. :)

Happy New Year!

RE: What is the difference in High Step Training to Hig...

Jennifer,

To quote the DVD cover, "This 60 minute advanced total body conditioning circuit will provide the ultimate overall fitness challenge." It is a great workout and IMHO, overall it is harder than HSC.(which is also listed as advanced) My HR stays up for the majority of the workout due to the 6 sets of leg presses. There are some great premixes and AquaJock came up with super mishmoshes combining HST & HSC. It is definitely worthwhile to purchase!

Hey Jennifer - Shirl is correct, HSC does say an advanced workout in the description on the back of it but on the front it doesn't list anyting. On the front cover of HST it says level:advanced and also mentions it on the back cover.

HST is the more challenging one IMO. I new once I looked at the DVD covers I'd remember & I wish I could do HST more often cause it is a fun workout.

Hope this helps... although trust me like everyone says on these posts, eventually you will want all of her workouts so be prepared! The more I get the more I want...

Happy New Year!

HSTA has tons of leg presses. Great stuff!
