I just had baby #2 3 weeks ago and was thrilled with how much your tapes helped me out when I had my first baby last May. I am pear shaped and tend to put on weight in my thighs, calves, butt and hips. Most of my pregnancy weight seemed to go there again. My upper body gets toned pretty easily, but after years of marathon running and working out, I still can't seem to tone my lower half as much as I'd like. I have about 18 pounds of pregnancy weight to lose and I'm wondering how many times a week I should do the lower body pyramid vs. straight cardio workouts like Boot Camp, Kick, Punch, Crunch, Step, etc. I always worry that I will make my booty bigger if I do the wrong ratio of cardio/weights. Thanks for all of your motivation and for challenging me with your workouts!
