Hmmm, this is interesting and I've sometimes wondered whether this is what's happening with me.
I'm at very low body fat and am pretty toned/defined overall. My lower body is where I hold my fat, but I eat pretty clean and have been able to manage it. I recently, noticed some dimples/cellulite starting to form on my behind and am perplexed because I had actually been working my lower body pretty intensly (heavy weights and higher intesity cardio). My legs have actually become leaner and harder, and my behind is higher, but these dimples seem to have appeared almost overnight. Is it possible that I built up the muscle and the fat is pushing through the connective tissue?
Your thoughts are appreciated.

Building more muscle tissue at the back of your leg
>might just accentuate the appearance of cellulite as you would
>be pushing the fat layer thru the connective tissue even
>further. Perhaps you might focus on endurance type exercises
>with light weights for the back of the legs. Good luck.
