I've seen a lot of recent posts talking about free style training so I've got an overall idea of what it is, but could someone please tell me exactly what it is?
And, while you are at it....I have an injurred wrist and cannot, by doctor's orders, perform any weight-bearing activity on that hand. Would free style training be a way to go for the time, while I recover? I don't want to bulk my legs, but would like a lot more definition. (oh, and I have a weight bench for quad extensions and hamstring curls, so I can always substitute my barbell leg exercises with the bench if needed).
