Today is my cardio day for the 2nd week of M2. I used Cathe's cardio suggestion. It said Cross training Kickboxing Plus Cardio Quick Fix option. I could not find Cardio Quick Fix option from Disc 2 where Kickboxing at. Could anyone tell me where to find Cardio Quick Fix option? I ended up doing just Kickboxing and abs and stretch. I took out weight portion.
