Hi there- Boot camp is pretty intense. It is a circuit workout- one minute of cardio, one minute of strength training, one minute of core work. I think there are 8 circuits. It is a great workout but if you're new to working out, I would pick a different DVD of Cathe's. Do you use a step? If so she has some great step workouts.
