What is a Premix?

Hi Everyone,

I'm not totally new to Cathe's workouts, but most of what I have are videos. I've always kinda wondered exactly what a "premix" is. Are they additional extra workouts on the DVD? Some of the DVDs in the catalog have a LOT of premixes. Any help would be appreciated. :D
 
Premixes are really just different ways to "mix" up the same workout. They don't contain new workout material but they are the workout in different order, sometimes shorter, sometimes even longer. Sometimes they are shorter because portions of the workout are not included--such as an Upper Body premix on a total body weights DVD. Sometimes they are longer because some exercises or step combos will be repeated for an extra killer workout.

Cathe's premixes are amazingly versatile. If you want to do just upper or lower body, or just want a quicker workout, or feel tough and want an extra long workout, she's got lots of options to choose from.

I have just started using premixes and they will add so much to your workouts!

Where do you live in NC? I live near Charlotte.

Oh rats, I was hoping you were in Charlotte. I've always thought it would be so much fun to get together with another Cathe fan! None of my friends work out so it gets frustrating when I'm pumped up about something and I blurt it out and they look at me like I'm from the moon or something!
