what is a good muscle workout

which tape would you suggest for upperbody with no bars just dumbbells that will give you results. I do lift weights at the gym, but would rather do it in my home because I already go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week to do the steps. any comments please. It looks like Cathe has a firm body.
 
Intensity Series: Pyramid Upper Body

I suggest the new Pyramid Upper Body. It is all dumb bells.

The PS series has done good things for my upper body. I gain weight in my trunk and had flabby upper arms, Marlene suggested getting the series. I have been doing them since June of 2002 and must say my arms have never looked this good!:*
 
Hi pace1987! You can use any of Cathe's strength tapes using your dumbells ! It's like a different workout when you alternate from dumbells to barbell! You'll have a greater range of motion with the dumbells and also you can have the option of sitting or standing to work the upperbody for another variation(if you have a flat/incline bench too) that would be great! So suggestions for Cathe tapes would be either MIS, CTX upper,Pure Strength series,slow&heavy,Bodymax,Powerhour,ME and I also recommend Cory Eversons Get hard arms and Anja's upperbody workout(from amazon or half.com)Good luck on your upperbody goals;)
