What I love about PS

To anyone considering buying the PS series, I just wanted to share my results so far...

Im on week 4 of an PS rotation, and I not only have gotten alot more definition in both upper and lower body, but each and every week I have noticed improvements in my strength. I rewind and do double "helpings" of alot of the upper body work, and have increased my weights in almost all of the exercises.

This is any awesome w/o, I just love it when you are seeing and feeling results so quickly !

could you post your rotation

are you doing the series twice per week or just once or are you adding other strength training to your rotation. also, how much cardio are you doing?

thanks for posting your results. i really like the ps series, too.

Im doing the series once a week, with one more day of endurance type weights, either body max or circuit max once a week, with four days of various types of cardio.
